Refund policy

At Vastra Mohini, we care about your shopping experience. To maintain quality and fairness, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
1. Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product is damaged/defective.

The product is delivered in the wrong size.

To be eligible, the return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

A mandatory unboxing video (showing the package being opened from the start) is required as proof for any damage or size-related issue.

Items such as innerwear, accessories, customized/personalized products, and items marked “Sale/Discounted” are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Refunds are provided only for damaged products with valid unboxing video proof.

Wrong-size items can be exchanged but are not eligible for refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchange

Size Issue: If the customer wishes to exchange due to a size issue, the shipping/return charges will be borne by the customer.

Wrong Product or Damaged Product: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, the exchange will be handled by us, but only after receiving proper proof (unboxing video required).

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with valid proof.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. The return/exchange policy will apply.
