All our outfits are made from premium-quality fabrics such as silk, georgette, chiffon, cotton, organza, and linen. Each product description mentions the exact fabric used, so customers can choose according to comfort and occasion.

We recommend dry cleaning for silk, georgette, and embroidered pieces. Cotton or linen items can be hand-washed gently in cold water. Avoid wringing or ironing directly on embroidery or zari work.

We ensure that all product images are captured in natural lighting to reflect the true colors. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen resolution or lighting differences — these are minimal and common in online shopping.

Although “Free Shipping all over India” is advertised, customers will want details:

We take anywhere between 7-10 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders,
the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on
Delivery orders, refunds can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product
please raise a replacement request within 7 days of product delivered. You will also have the option to
choose refund for the product.
